I enable a collaborative, clearly defined space within which we can explore the often wonderful, sometimes disrupting world of self-becoming. We do this safely, gently, and with joy, through the lens of health, nutrition, self-care through meditation, and the arts. We explore revitalisation, reconnection (with what matters to you) and rebalancing. Each coaching package is aligned to one of these three intentions.

I am answerable to the UK and International Health Coaching Association, which requires Continous Professional Development and Supervision - being a member of the UKIHCA provides regulation and a set of professional standards you can be assured of.

Finally, through my own health challenges with hEDS, endometriosis and suspected PoTS - you’ll have a health coach that understands pain, fatigue, sensory issues, sleep and skin issues, and histamine reactions. We go gently at SBC, because an overloaded and overwhelmed nervous system needs less ‘no pain, no gain’ and more ‘breathe easy, take the next right step.’

We offer advanced, flexible pricing based on subscription, coaching package and corporate packaging requests. Costs are as stated on this website, and for custom enquires, I will be transparent about cost before we engage in a partnership together.

Coaching is co-creative, meaning that I can provide tips, tools and guidance for you to access the transformation you wish to see - final accountability for change is yours. Coaching with me becomes a co-held space where we explore blocks, and wins in a safe, collaborative space. Goals can change as our inner world is explored - we’ll always make sure to be transparent with each other as new elements in your process arise.
