  • Soft Belly Coaching is the culmination of a life spent wondering: “what if change could be softer, transformation gentler?”

  • During a successful technology career, I worked with Fortune 500 clients, Google's Large Customer Sales, and Software Engineering Organisations from Singapore and Africa, to Germany and the US East Coast.

  • As a Consultant, I saw which teams created successful conditions, and which ones stalled in stressful dynamics. My niche was psychological safety - a theme I doubt I’ll ever truly leave behind me.

  • I have an MA in the Philosophy of Aesthetics from the University of Warwick, from a time when I pursued an Academic career. As one does when they begin an MA *raises a skeptical brow, I learned to code, and swiftly moved into Tech. From Tech, I began a 6-year journey to gravitate back to the body. I’ve learned a little about high performance, change and stability along the way, and a new personal growth curve began when I chose to open Soft Belly Coaching in August, 2026.

  • Through my education and career journey, I was battling intense chronic pain, and my own bugbear - intense chronic fatigue. Both are still a part of my life, but they don’t run it the way they used to. I’ve learned how to feed, nurture, move and create with my body in a gentler, softer way - the years that I’ve been ‘softest’ with myself, are the years I’ve experienced the most internal and external success.

  • Meditation was and remains my first ‘chosen’ change lever - in a way, it’s the first self-care practice that I could recongnise as exactly that: self-care. I use it in SBC sessions to bring balance and grounding to a transformative process. Open awareness, self-compassion and somatic focused meditations are included to re-engage, rebalance and reconnect with the body.

My Story

This journey is continous, ever-evolving. In the midst of grief, transition, letting old dreams go for new ones to surface…the single most important thing has been finding a soft place to land.
